Will sit ups and crunches get you abs like Britney's? Aab-solutely not!


Endless crunches by themselves won't get you very far. A toned body with well-defined muscles is the result of regular exercise that includes cardiovascular (aerobic) work and strength training (anaerobic) work. Abdominal work is only a small part of the strength component. A balanced fitness program will also include flexibility training (stretching).
